Venue
Conference sessions will be held in the Oxford University Museum of Natural History (OUMNH), Parks Road (http://www.oum.ox.ac.uk/). A dedicated poster session will be held in the Department of Earth Sciences (ES), South Parks Road (http://www.earth.ox.ac.uk/).
Access to the collections of the Oxford University Museum will be available during the meeting subject to availability. Advanced booking for collections access is required (http://www.oum.ox.ac.uk/collect/geology.htm).
Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been booked at St. John’s College (http://www.sjc.ox.ac.uk/) for the nights of September 10-15. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Platform presentations
All presentations should be made using PowerPoint or Acrobat. PCs running Windows Vista and Acrobat Reader will be available in the lecture theatre. Please ensure that your presentation is saved onto the lecture theatre computer well in advance of your talk, and at the latest by the coffee break preceding your allotted time-slot. Please make every effort to ensure compatibility with Windows Powerpoint or Acrobat. Those who need to use their own laptop for their presentation may do so with advance consultation with the host committee
Posters
Posters will be on display in the Department of Earth Sciences, which is a short 5 minute walk from the Oxford University Museum on South Parks Road. We have scheduled a dedicated poster session on Friday afternoon, during which authors are expected to attend their posters.
There will be poster boards and adhesive material available to accommodate A0 landscape posters
