Programme

The SVPCA meeting programme is being sent out with this circular. A bound volume of abstracts will be available at the meeting.

Presentations

Standard facilities will be available to speakers but note that PowerPoint is the preferred method of presentation. Presentations should be brought on CD-ROM disc, not on a laptop only. Personal laptops will not be connected to the data projection facilities. The latest XP version of PowerPoint will available. Please make sure that you get your disc to the session organisers well before your session is due to start. A speaker-ready desktop PC will be provided in the small meeting area directly behind the lecture theatre for checking presentations and for e-mail.

Posters will be displayed in the Flett Lecture Theatre Foyer throughout the meeting and there will be a dedicated wine and poster reception on Thursday evening. Posters can be mounted on Tuesday afternoon between 2.00 and 5.30 pm or on Wednesday morning.

The annual auction in aid of the Jones-Fenleigh Memorial Fund will be held on the
Wednesday early evening in the Museum's Courtyard Rooms with a supply of cold beers to encourage bidding.
